PHASE COMPLETED
According to the competition rules, only one PMO from each country can advance to the Knockout Stage. Countries with a single representative in the competition will have their PMOs automatically qualified for the Knockout Stage. For countries with more than one PMO in the Group Stage, the highest-performing PMO will advance to the Knockout Stage.

Acknowledging Excellence and Outstanding Achievements Worldwide in Key PMO Domains.
COMPETITION STAGES
Application Stage
Feb 1st to May 15th
Organizations apply for the contest, confirm eligibility, and then submit their nomination package.
Group Stage
May 16th to June 30th
All nominees compete in groups, with the top PMO from each country advancing to the Knockout Stage.
Knockout Stage
July 1st to Aug 31st
Nominees from six regions compete in a knockout tournament to reach their regional finals.
Regional Finals
Sep 19th
The finalists from each region present at the 2024 PMI Global Summit in Los Angeles, and the regional winners are announced.
World Final
Dec 4th
From the six regional winners, the world's best PMO and the 16 Excellence Distinction recipients are announced at the 2024 PMOUNCON.
Feedback Stage
Dec 31st
All nominees get a report with feedback from the Judging Committee, offering useful insights and recommendations.
