Shape the PMOUNCON agenda with us.

The PMOUNCON Idea Voting System

Introducing the PMOUNCON Idea Voting System: a dynamic and interactive platform designed to engage our PMO community members in shaping the agenda for our upcoming unconference.

This system allows community members to submit and vote on ideas for topics they believe should be covered during the unconference.

By leveraging the PMOUNCON Idea Voting System, we aim to create an engaging and inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their ideas and help shape the content of our unconference.

This participatory approach ensures that the event addresses the most pressing and relevant issues facing PMO professionals today, fostering a truly collaborative and informative experience for all attendees.

Here's how the Idea Voting System works:

Idea Submission

PMO community members can contribute their ideas for topics they want to see discussed during the unconference. This ensures the event's agenda represents a diverse range of perspectives, interests, and expertise.

Voting Phase

Once the ideas have been submitted, community members can vote on their favorite topics. Participants can upvote or downvote each idea, allowing the most popular and relevant topics to rise to the top.

Ranking and Selection

At the end of the voting phase, the ideas will be ranked according to the number of votes received. The top-ranked ideas will then be selected for inclusion in the unconference agenda, ensuring that the event is tailored to the interests and needs of our PMO community.

Final Approval and Acceptance

After the top-ranked ideas have been identified, the unconference organizers will review and approve the selected topics, ensuring they align with the event's objectives and themes. Once approved, the final list of topics will be accepted for inclusion in the unconference agenda.

Feedback and Communication

After the final list of topics has been accepted, the results will be shared with the community, providing an opportunity for participants to offer feedback and suggestions for improvement. This ongoing dialogue will help refine the unconference agenda and foster a sense of ownership among community members.

It is time to share your ideas, vote, and get votes.
